Undercooked Ideas Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Match Prep Serve (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how that information is used.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal contact information.

The following information may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into the App:

• Advertising Identifiers — Your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS or Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, used to serve relevant ads. On iOS, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the IDFA.
• Device Information — General device data such as device model, operating system version, language, and screen size, collected by our advertising partners to deliver and measure ads.
• Ad Interaction Data — Information about ads displayed and your interactions with them (views, taps).
• Purchase Transaction Data — When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive a confirmation of the purchase but do not collect or store your payment details.
• Basic Usage Analytics — Aggregated, anonymous usage data may be collected by Unity Analytics to help us understand general usage patterns.

2. How We Use Information

• Serve Advertisements — To display ads within the App and measure ad performance.
• Process Purchases — To unlock content you have purchased.
• Improve the App — To understand general usage patterns and improve gameplay.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:

• ironSource LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) — Ad mediation and serving. Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

4. Advertising & Tracking

The App displays ads served through ironSource LevelPlay and Unity Ads. These partners may use advertising identifiers to show you relevant ads.

iOS Users: Before any tracking occurs, you will be prompted via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change your choice at any time in your device Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Android Users: You can reset or opt out of personalised ads by going to Settings > Google > Ads on your device.

5. Data Storage

Your game progress (such as completed levels and unlocked content) is saved locally on your device only. We do not transmit, sync, or store your game data on any server. If you uninstall the App, your local save data will be deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Your Rights Under the GDPR (EEA Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the data held about you.
• Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — Request deletion of your data.

Since the App stores data locally and we do not maintain user accounts, most data can be removed simply by uninstalling the App or resetting your advertising identifier. For data held by our advertising partners, please refer to their privacy policies linked above.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Right to Know — Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected.

• Right to Opt-Out — Opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information, but ad partners may use data for targeted advertising. You can opt out of personalised ads using your device's advertising settings.
• Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Data Retention

Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App. Data collected by our third-party advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own data retention policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
